DESCRIPTION:A dinner party that brings the passion of creating new innovative flavors to traditional Southern Cuisine! Our special guests\, Amarys Koenig Herndon and Jordan Herndon\, are a husband and wife team that are semi-finalists for the James Beard Award for Best Chef in the South in 2023 & 2024. Both hailing from Houston\, the chef duo opened their New Orleans restaurant Palm and Pine in the French Quarter. This fundraiser will combine locally sourced ingredients from our dedicated farmers and ranchers and the talents of these amazing chefs.\n**Four-course Fine Dining**Live entertainment featuring Midnight Snack**Libations provided by The Beer Ranch\nVibrance Health has joined forces with Van Vleck\, Matagorda\, and Palacios ISDs to create school gardens\, greenhouses\, butterfly gardens\, and hydroponic systems. Our resident green thumb\, Jason Coleman\, teaches students the ins and outs of growing\, preserving\, and preparing healthy\, organic foods. To offset the cost involved in the cultivation of our Food Education Program\, all proceeds from this event will go directly towards education materials\, utility costs\, and supplies needed for planting and harvesting throughout the year.
