DESCRIPTION:Texas Trio Classic ‘24 \nJune 6th – 8th 2024 in Matagorda TX \nWelcome to the Texas Trio Classic 2024! This being our 17th year\, our #1 goal still is “Fishing For A Cure”! \n***With the New Year and NEW pending rules from TPWD we once again must change the structure of the Texas Trio! Trio stringer will be weighed as follows: \n3 Speckled Trout (15”-20”) combined weight (all 3 trout weighed together); no trout over 20” weighed\, 1 Redfish\, & 1 Flounder \n***All events will take place on June 6\, 7\, & 8 @ the Matagorda Harbor. \nThursday Night – Captains Meeting & Dinner Party \nFriday – Artificial Teams Fish (weigh-in from 2pm-4pm) \nSaturday – Open Teams Fish (weigh-in from 2pm-4pm) awards follow. \n***Online entry will go live on Monday April 1st @ 8am! \n50 Artificial Teams & 50 Open Teams. You can fish both days with entries paid for both days! \nEntry Fee – $1\,500 per division (paid at online registration) \nEntry Fee breakdown is as follows: \n$500 – Trio Pot \n$250 – Big Redfish Pot \n$250 – Big Flounder Pot \nAll In\, All Done Pot (Trio Stinger) – $1\,000 (optional pot w/ 100% payout) must be paid by Thursday Night @ Captains Meeting \n*** Team of the Year for most weight!
