Our resident green thumb\, Jason Coleman\, teaches students the ins and outs of growing\, preserving\, and preparing healthy\, organic foods. To offset the cost involved in the cultivation of our Food Education Program\, all proceeds from this event will go directly towards education materials\, utility costs\, and supplies needed for planting and harvesting throughout the year.
