Texas Trio Classic ‘24

June 6th – 8th 2024 in Matagorda TX

Welcome to the Texas Trio Classic 2024! This being our 17th year, our #1 goal still is “Fishing For A Cure”!

***With the New Year and NEW pending rules from TPWD we once again must change the structure of the Texas Trio! Trio stringer will be weighed as follows:

3 Speckled Trout (15”-20”) combined weight (all 3 trout weighed together); no trout over 20” weighed, 1 Redfish, & 1 Flounder

***All events will take place on June 6, 7, & 8 @ the Matagorda Harbor.

Thursday Night – Captains Meeting & Dinner Party

Friday – Artificial Teams Fish (weigh-in from 2pm-4pm)

Saturday – Open Teams Fish (weigh-in from 2pm-4pm) awards follow.

***Online entry will go live on Monday April 1st @ 8am!

50 Artificial Teams & 50 Open Teams. You can fish both days with entries paid for both days!

Entry Fee – $1,500 per division (paid at online registration)

Entry Fee breakdown is as follows:

$500 – Trio Pot

$250 – Big Redfish Pot

$250 – Big Flounder Pot

All In, All Done Pot (Trio Stinger) – $1,000 (optional pot w/ 100% payout) must be paid by Thursday Night @ Captains Meeting

*** Team of the Year for most weight! Must fish both days….***
