Bay City Parks and Recreation will host a Hometown Christmas Celebration at the USO building on Saturday, December 3rd from 1 to 5pm. The celebration will feature an ice-skating rink along with photos with Santa and the Grinch. There will also be a giant gingerbread house slide for outdoor fun, booths, crafts, games and food trucks. From 5:30 to 8pm there will be a Christmas Light Hayride.
