A carnival, car show, youth rodeo and other events will be held at the Matagorda County Fair Grounds during the festival.

From 10am to 2pm in downtown Bay City. There will be trunk or treat, food, a coloring contest, shopping and costumes. Don't miss this fun filled event! If you'd like to set up for a Trunk or Treat contact Tina Israel at 979-245-8081. All are welcome!
